appointment begins with a consultation. Our highly trained
stylists will work with you to ensure satisfaction.
We will listen to
your needs and design the service to compliment your lifestyle,
making your experience positive and comfortable.
Adjust
to the environment and enjoy the experience. If you are late
for your scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate
you, but please understand that your appointment may need to
be rescheduled.
If you must cancel your appointment, we require that you do
so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may accommodate
another
guest who may be waiting for a service.
Please advise the staff of any medical conditions or allergies
you may have prior to your service.
After
your service, we offer to pre-schedule your next appointment
so that you will always receive the date and time most convenient
to you and the stylist of your choice.
